Norinco Making CQ's\AR's Again

I see on Norinco's site they have the Cq311 listed. I was under the impression these were no longer made by that company. They even have an M4 clone.

I actually thought that. And it is FA. Probably a Colt picture. At 33 inches long, it is an M4 14.5" clone.

Marstar said they were working on sourcing from an American Company. I'm presuming that means it's NOT made in China.

Correct me if I am wrong, but the SVD was never prohibited by name... however the RCMP consider it an AK derivative.
