Norinco Making CQ's\AR's Again

If Marstar wanted to be really clever, they'd bring in Norinco uppers only. That way they can sell them with less hassle and people could buy lowers from some other place for cheap. Seems like there are a lot of lowers floating around looking for a good upper and uppers from the US cost an arm and a leg compared to what they sell for in the US.

Yup, HPL, you sure are smart, but the CFC is not...
Even they are regulating the firearm business here...most of the time they don't know what is what...

Or you guys want to make everything new a "variant" of something banned thereby preventing its importation. You are helping the kinds of people who banned guns solely based on its entry in an old Gun Digest. STFU could not more apply to this situation. These guns can be and are a unique design.

PM'ed John from Marstar.

i think john has posted that he doesn't think Norinco makes the "new" CQs i doubt he will be able to provide CGNers /w a price for a non existant product.

having said that, i have heard that there are a few parties /w the new CQs here in Canada.
