For the past year SIR ( www.sirmailorder.ca ) has had in their catalog a NORINCO MODEL 87L lever action 12gauge shotgun , a copy of a WINCHESTER MODEL 1887 LEVER ACTION SHOTGUN. Has anyone bought one, are they in stock, and how good are they? With a short barrel it would be a time correct and fun gun for the COWBOY ACTION SHOOTS.
 
Thanks . Was wondering if any were ever made, been reading about the reproductions for years but they don't seem to materialize.
