I think he would like to know if the sig upper will fit on a nork frame.

There's been some discussion on this in the past - can't find the thread, but my recollection was that the .22 conversions are for the newer SIGs.

If I recall correctly the Norinco clones are based on an older SIG frame pattern and so are not compatible.
