Looks like I just picked up the last Norinco NP29 9mm in stock @ Al Flaherty's for the price of $384.00. Looks like a deal to me. I've heard they shoot real good, right out of the box.
I recently picked one up. Only 200 rounds threw it so far but I love it. Not a single failure and more accurate than I am. It's a keeper just going to put a nicer set of grips on it and maybe paint the dot in the front sight better
It took me 'bout a couple hundred rds. to get mine to shoot accurately. Not sayin' that's the gun or my fault, though. Accurate, dependable, and reliable, now. 115gr. plated/4.6gr. Unique, OAL 1.095

I've had a couple of semi auto guns which needed a bit of a "break in" before they shot well. I just accept it and don't panic until the gun has seen around 300 rounds down the pipe. I'm not sure if it's the rifling in the bore or the way the barrel needs to seat in to the slide engagement. But something breaks in and the groups suddenly shrink.
