Norinco NZ 85b / CZ clone Questions

-Will adjustable combat CZ sights or high viz fit the Norc?
-Will CZ grips fit the Norc?
-Will CZ wolf springs drop in?


I know the frame to slide exchange between both will not work.

I know the mags will interchange.
