My NZ85B does; you need to drill out the holes in the grips a bit; nork has larger screws. Other than that; fit right on!

I put a pair of take-off CZ over molded factory rubber grips I bought off of the EE; I had to slightly enlarge the screw holes, but apart from that they fit perfectly. Factory Nork grips on the NZ are bad, but the trigger is great on the 85B (both single action and double action are better than my Jericho); accuracy is amazing, and with the CZ grips, it is an exceptional pistol. I wish the NP40 would come in again; I would likely replace my Jericho (a great pistol in and of itself) if I could buy a new NP40. I'm not kidding.
