He's talking about Firearms Outlet Canada. There was an issue a couple of years back with that establishment whereby their credit card system was compromised, yet they continued to take advantage of a big sales season, continuing to expose their customer's data despite the known breach and did not inform their customers in a timely manner of the compromise. Customers found out after the fact and were rightfully livid. Since there, a lot of customers have decided to not take their business there.
