Norinco T97NSR 17 Sep 2013, IN STOCK!

10 pack for $1.99

Half sour cream, half chocolate = breakfast tomorrow on my way to the 2 gun match.

I have no reason what-so-ever not to trust chemist. If he says there is an issue with the shipping company, that's what's up. We've waited 6+ months... Another week isn't going to hurt anyone. Gives my optics rail a chance to arrive.

9 month for me.... And im leaving monday for a full month........

I hate waiting !

Newbs,
I have been waiting 4 years since Jan of 2009 if I recall, the reason I joined this forum was because of the first Type 97's.
So I guess a few week won't matter,.. as long as it is a logistical issue like mentioned..

So where can one order an optics rail? Can't seem to find any...

I'm not dealer bashing nor am I waiting on one of these rifles (tough times on funds) but when I read some of this stuff I often think a dealer would be better off not leaking a word until they physically have product in hand. It would eliminate a pile of phone calls, emails, assumptions and people chitting on dealers when expectations are not met due to issues that are totally out of the control of the vendor or importer. SFRC rocks and does the best they can.

Agreed.. This is a long-awaited rifle, so leaking news on it is like releasing chum in shark-infested water. SFRC is a great biz, so I'm sure the info that was released was thought to be accurate (and it was verified by another reliable dealer).

We released the info on here because I had to start calling people to confirm orders so that they could prepare for payment, verify addresses etc. That took over a week to do and we're still getting people calling in to confirm information. If I had waited until they arrived here it would have taken me an extra week or two to get them out. Its one of those damned if you do, damned if you don't situations.

I figured it was only a matter of time before someone posted on here that I called them about the order coming so I decided to post.

More info would help?? Did the truck get hijacked? Did the driver get drunk in Calgary? Did the container get off loaded in TO? Then loaded back on the train back to China??? Or is the paperwork not correct??? Freight companies aren't in the business of reshipping crates of firearms around the country!! Or should have used Canpar!

Makes sense.
Plus all the hype before they arrive translate to sales.

Doubt that was ever going to be an issue other then maybe the waiting to see it in peoples hands that I would be doing anyway no way am I knocking chemist here just can't afford to be out a 1k if the gov. does it BS again. Can't trust the RCMP no oversight and no control.

Really, I work at a Tims baking (reheating) near a bunch of warehouses half of those guys driven the forklifts are higher then ####ing kites most nights. They walk through and they reek of marijuana. Got their bongs going in the car before after and during work. We even have a name for a Triple triple it's a 4/20 because every last one of them orders it and freaking timbits for the munchies.

By all that is decent in this world, can we just all get along? Gun owners like us are a minority, and we are just ripping each other apart. Abide by your crotches and speak about guns.

Let's trust Ryan on this.

I have only done a couple of transactions with SFRC but they have all been uber-positive, always got great service from them. They have no duty to inform us what a third party vendor does and doesn't do. The rifles will arrive when they arrive and Ryan will let us know as soon as they do. Those are reasonable expectations. Implanting a GPS tracker up the trucker's posterior would be an unreasonable expectation. Show a bit of patience and they will come.

Speaking from experience, most shipping companies do have GPS tracking on their fleet, for various purposes, but they do use them.
