I took my t97 out today for second time and after 5 rounds, it stopped firing. It loads correctly, but when i pull the triger, it doesnt fire. Has anyone else have this problem? I took it apart on the spot and everything seems to be ok, and functioning, but the firing pin does not seem to hit the primer, im guessing.

I shot 250 rounds through it last week, worked well then. Except today, crapped out after 5 rounds

Take the bolt out and remove the firing pin, check fire pin channel. There could be bits of primer in there stopping it from moving.

also maybe check the gas setting to make sure when you cleaned the rifle you didn't leave the selector at 0? (but since you said it cycled 5 rounds this is probably not the problem)

Or something has gone wrong in the trigger assembly...
