Hey there,

I just acquired a Norinco M213 from CanAm (Tokarev in 9mm) and was going through the users manual. The manual is not very easy to understand and every "chinglish" sentence is somewhat of a puzzle at first.

One thing that has struck me was in the "Declaration by Manufacturer" section of the six page manual. In that particular section, Norinco tries their best in solving firearm-related crime and cleaning up the streets. It reads as follows and it is the very last sentence of the manual (very deep meaning):

"For each shooting, the user should take responsibility for his/her own.." (and it stops just like that)

Just wow... I think the RCMP should place a large order for those M213's (complete with manuals, of course) and start a "swap your Glock for a Tok" program in any neighborhood with projects. Maybe that would result in street gangs finally admitting to their respective shootings and giving cops something to work with!

Keep up the good work, Norinco. Now we know you guys care! :D

That message should be printed on every Toronto Police cruiser. It would send a very strong message to those criminal bastards to finally take responsibility. Way to go Norinco. If criminals in US and Canada were as responsible as criminals in China, they would all be locked up by now, as they are in China and comrade Miller would finally leave us law abiding gun owners alone . There are some good things that come out of commie China, we just need to be open minded sometimes.
