Hi, I'm a newby. Just bought a Norinco Tokarev 7.62 from Marstar and it arrived with a chunk broken out of the left grip. (This will surprise no-one from what I've read here.) Does anyone make replacement grips for the Norkarev?

Thanks, pc9, but I want to put on something better. I've glued the broken bit back in but, from what I've read, the plastic grips will just continue to crumble away.

I will be getting back to Marstar about the BUL G Cherokee I bought from them at the same time; it was shipped with a tag warning me not to use the gun until I have read the manual -- and no manual.

I too would like something better and have asked the same question on here.
I have searched for aftermarket ones but have had no luck.As you can see they have a differant way of attaching to the frame.

I picked up a nice pair of grips on ebay from Poland, really cheap. They work perfectly and did not fall apart after more than 500rds. The old grips fell apart after only 5 mags:) .

How do the grips attach? Mine just arrived on Friday, along with a BUL and that worn-out Mauser Marstar's been trying to get rid of for donkey's years, so I haven't given it much attention. Carving my own sounds like a cool idea.

There are latches accessible from inside the mag well. I don't have a pic handy, but shine a bright light into the mag well and you should be able to see them.

www(dot)sksman.com sells the wrap around tokagypt style grips and ships up here. Nothing fancy but they haven't fallen apart yet where the originals have, changes the look a bit too.

Ok - so what's the deal with the levers? If you buy without levers, is it a big deal to swap them over? Can you buy levers elsewhere?

Will the "Oversize" fit on the TT-33?
