I am interested in ordering a Norinco Tokarov 9mm from Marstar & I was wondering if anyone had any experience or opinions on the gun ?

Bought one like this for my daughter. I'm breaking it in first, for her;) So far there's been about 300 rds through it. It hiccupped a few times during the first couple of mags, but has settled down and shot well for the rest. So far it's getting about 6" groups at 15-20 yards and the trigger is smoothing out. Not a bad pistol for the price.

The one pictured has a better grip for most people than the standard Tok Type 54 grip. I guess you get the "add-on safety", which isn't necessarily a bonus. The "original" version shoots 7.62x25 surplus as well as 9mm (if you have the extra barrel). As people say, OK for the price. I enjoy mine, but the trigger is a drawback.

I've got one, but it's the package from Lever that includes the 9mm and 7.62x25 barrels. The NP-17 is my favourite and if I was to ever buy another that'd be the one.

I had to tweak my extractor a bit to get reliable feeding, and found the barrel-barrel bushing clearance to be very generous, which I suspect contributes strongly to reported poor accuracy. I rechambered a 9mm barrel to 38 Super and fitted the barrel with the closest bushing clearances that would function, and the accuracy is tolerable, even approaching "good".

My Tok is Military/Police production dated 1966, and the bushing is actually on the tight side, also it's serial numbered to the rest of the gun (barrel/frame/mag) so hopefully it will be a good shooter, the trigger isn't even that bad!
