Nork M4 andNEA 12" Free Fload Quad info needed

Hi I am a AR newb and wondering if any one else has tried to put the 12 inch hand rail on there Norks ?is this a big progect ot is it as simple as cutting off the front sight? I will be very gratefull any and alll input ...thanks Dan

I put a tube on my Norc. Took the sight off, installed the tube and put the sight back on. the Norc is the one farthest from the camera. the close one is a NEA, which comes with a free floating barrel.
