Norma Oryx

Big Doug uses them in his 300WM all the time. He's shot lots of game in Africa with them and they work very well. I haven't tried them yet but they may be in the cards eventually for my 360 Wagner.

I would also consider the Lapua Mega 285 grain for that. The price point is good, they are accurate, and according to the tests done (at least with .264 bullets) by BCSteve, they perform very well.

I was thinking about trying these in a 6.5, but I picked up a big lot of the Norma bullets for a very good price, so I might try these first.
 
I use Norma Oryx 156 gr for hunting in my 6.5x55. Very accurate. Never recovered a bullet yet in one Moose, couple of Bears and a few Deer. I might of shot a few Deer with 180 gr Oryx in my .30-06, same results.
 
I used a 100 grain norma oryx from a 257wby on mule deer, I never recovered one, they always exited the on the far side. They worked great
