Epps has decently competitive prices on Lapua brass. Smaller shops usually hike up the price of Lapua products unreasonably.
Norma brass is wildly expensive new, and I have no idea what the reasoning is.
Best of all is to snag a deal on the EE- usually need to be fast to grab though. Lots of hungry reloaders out there looking for a deal.
I prefer Lapua, they tend to last longer.
I'm sure you will not tell the difference.
I convert brass for a wildcat rifle. The Norma brass was second only to Federal for developing lose primer pockets the soonest.
