You might find a Cdn barreled MiniMaster or Earl on the E.E. but only a limited number were imported a couple years ago.
Most of their products are Prohibs due to our silly barrel length rules but they were cool enough to make us some at 4.25".
They have a new model with a swing out cylinder and there is another thread on CGN asking for some retailer to try and place another order.
