Which WW? If you are planning on going stateside with your AR (competitions and whatnot) then a 16" barrel is a good idea since you won't be able to get it into the US with anything shorter.
When I got my 14.5" NEA back in 2012, one of the things that sold me was the free-float handguard. At the time, in Canada you were looking at about $4-500 more for an ar with a ff handguard so that made the choice easier. The AR landscape in Canada has changed a lot since then....we've had the dollar at par, sandy hook panic buying, obama's re-election panic buying, a glut of ARs on the US market, and lately the weakening of the CND relative to the USD. Choosing an AR hasn't gotten any easier but as others have said, you really can't go wrong with whatever you choose.
In this forum we like to wring our hands and proclaim this or that but the bottom line is this: your first AR might be a rental...you buy it, shoot it till your heart's content and if you don't like it, throw it on the EE and sell it for a few hundred bucks less and move on. Essentially you've rented that AR for several months for a few hundred bucks....no biggie...at which point you will know 200X what you know now about what you want and don't want in an AR.
