I had great service from NEA as well. I bought a Gen 1 10.5 used off the EE. The first problem was the trigger was double firing. Pull the trigger, fire, release the trigger, fire. They replaced that right away. Next thing to go was the bolt broke. As well as the gas key wasn't properly staked. Again they replaced them right away. Since then it's run like a top. One of my favourite ARs.
Your firearm ran great except for completely failing twice and having the good ol NEA chisel staking?
Sounds like the boys on AR15 forums discussing the amazing groups they get, but only after ignoring 3 flyers in every group!
How about this; My wife's 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe ran great, after the 3rd transmission in the 4 years we owned it!
Why do people seem so happy to rely on a manufacturer to repair an item repeatedly?
When did "NEA will repair their junk no matter how many times it breaks!" become a selling point?
