All the NEA LPK's I have seen do NOT come with a selector that has an indicator hash mark on the right hand side. Not sure why. They are all F/A selectors though and rotate over to rock and roll, though the guns are semi.

I agree wrt the rail markings. I'd prefer it discretely marked somewhere in very small lettering. For that matter, I'd like NEA to come out with a plain, unrailed free float tube of some sort - aluminum of carbon fibre - for their DMR rifles. No need for a rail on a civy DMR except for maybe a very small rail segment up front for a bipod.
