Northern Ontario Trail Cam Pic

It looks like a cougar to me. I don't normally see deer lifting their legs high to step over tall obsticles - from what I've seen they usually hop over them.
 
There is no way thats a deer. The left leg is CLEARLY forward and the right leg can be seen planted down behind that small deciduous. That is absolutely a tail and cougar is really the only smart guess.
 
It does seem strange that a deer would have its legs stretched out back like that. But it looks like a leg not a tail? Hard to say. To me if it was a deer i think you should be able to see some of its head if it was stretched out like that. Could be El Chupacabra..........
