I wasn't able to find the any data for the 175 accubonds, so i increased the powder charge by .3 grains to find how far i could push my loads.

I got to 64.1 grains with a fps of 2771, seems to be low velocity for the amount of powder used. Referencing the hornady load data with the 175 grain eld-x should be near 2950. Obviously different bullet but should be in the same ball park. I had no pressure signs and the next time i am on the range i will push till i get around the fps i want or when pressure signs appear.

I am curious if any of you guys have any experience with reloading the 7 prc with the components i have mentioned or with any other combinations for the 175 grain lr accubonds or the hornady 160 grain cx projectiles preferably with 4831sc or h1000).

Hodgdons website shows load data for the 7mm PRC 175 ABLR with both H4831 and H1000 and the Hornady website shows data for the 160gr CX with both those powders also.

I load the 175gr ELDX in my 7 PRC and have very good results with with both H4831 and H1000 both will shoot under 1/2" at 100 yards and average 2988 fps

H4831 / sc is not a high velocity powder. Accurate yes, but it will be about 100 fps below the top velocity powders such as RL26, Retumbo, N565, Grand etc
