nosler balistic tip or barnes varmit grenade

what is your opinions on those 2 projectile in the .223 50 grains for hunting coyote.

Bullet weight aside, I'd take the Nosler BT over the Barnes VG any day, especially for those beefy PEI coyotes.
 
The varmint grenades need to go fast to work well. The 50s are for the fast 22s like the 250 or the swift. The 36 grainers are for the 223 and 222 kinda cases. If you can get them over 3700 fps they work very well. If you are set on 50s go with the Noslers.
 
I would say the nosler too. Probably a bit cheaper and likely more accurate (results might vary on that) The 55 gr ballistic tips I ran in my 223 had pretty violent expansion, the 50s probably would be faster opening still. Sierra Blitzkings maybe a bit more accurate a little tougher, Hornady V-Max maybe a bit less accurate and faster opening.

Give them coyotes hell!!!!
