Nosler Ballistic Silvertip Question

I am just a tad confused. I was wondering if the lubalox coating on Nosler Ballistic Silvertips is the same as a moly coat on a Hornady v-max for example. Is the Ballistic silvertip going to coat my bore or is it different.... I am shooting regular SST's for deer and switch to ballistic silvertips for coyotes in the winter.... just wondering will this be affected by a coated bullet?
