I have box of ballistic silvertips in 22cal 55gr. How can I determine if these are the hunting version (mushrooms) or the varmint version(frangible)? Their website lists both hunting and varmint versions, but the box I have doesn't state either version. The picture on the back of the box shows the bullet mushrooming at different speeds and says it has a solid base to support an expanded mushroom, yet the website only lists the 22cal as being available in the varmint version which won't mushroom. I did buy these second hand so perhaps they used to be made in the hunting version as well?
