Good day, I just purchased a box of 30-06 Nosler Custom Brass. They all measure between 2.476 and 2.478. 3 are damaged, I could run them through my die to correct the damage, however my concern is with the case length, all the brass is under sized. All the reloading data I can find states min case length 2.484. Is this normal for Nosler to produce undersized brass or did I get a bad box? Is it safe to shoot these at 2.476?

It will shoot fine, the last two boxes I bought of -06 were similar to yours. Very very uniform in all aspects though! Made for some nice tight groups.
One thing though, I have found they seem to be softer in the head area, hot loads that don't bother my winchester brass, loosens up the pockets in the Nosler brass. Since Nosler buys brass from whoever wins the bid, possibly a different lot could be from a different manufacturer and be a little tougher. I like the brass a lot, just doesn't last as long with hot loads.
