Nosler Custom Competition

Hey guys I looked these up in the search prior to starting a thread and could not find anything...Soooo I was wondering if anyone has had a good or bad experience with these projectiles. I recently purchased some 168gr BTHP to try as I had some Gift certificates from christams so I figured what better time to try something new. Either way just looking for feedback on these particular ones & yes I have Sierra & berger etc etc already but wanted to try these cause hey....Why not! Let me know kids

Good to hear something good about them....I started to think I was the only guy who bought any!

I have used thousands of them in .223 (69 grain BTHP) and found them to be very accurate. Seemed to be an excellent quality bullet.

I found 155 Nosler's shot slightly better in my .308 than the old 155 SMK's.

155 gr bthp Nosler CC in my 308 stable out to 1200 yards and they just came out with new ones in 6.5 cal.
Shhhh don't tell to many people then the demand goes up, then the price goes up!!

Some years back I tried some Nosler J-4s which were 168 gr HPBTM and they shot well. I suspect this is the same bullet, if so you'll be happy with it.

I agree that they certainly are cheaper than something like Sierra. I recently tried the PRVI 69 grain match bullets and they shot as good as any Nosler, Sierra or Hornady match bullet I have tried - and they were cheaper yet.

I've used the same bullet in my .223 reloads and have had excellent results!

Seems Nosler is having trouble filling the orders so good luck getting some.

I have been using 155 grain in my 308 as well they seem to shoot submoa for me.
