Nosler disapointment

Inside diameter on resized brass for the 308 should be a maximum of .3065"
If it is larger, then the resized case may not hold certain bullets.
It is common for 30 cal bullets to be .307-.3075" in diameter, with a few at a
full .308" Dave.
 
several if not 5 up to possibly 6 loads on FC brass in the little 7-08, no dramas of bogan spec to note... maybe for you iddy bitty groupies it might be wack :p
 
I had a similar issue a while back that was related to some (more than once fired) brass I bought. In my situation it was not bullet diameter. I picked up a Lee Collet die and was able to adjust it to tighten the case necks up enough to hold the bullets. I have since gotten rid of that brass, but am still using the collet die for depriming and neck sizing It reduces the frequency of having to trim cases, and improves concentricity. Since I am no longer full length sizing or shoulder bumping, it seems like the brass is lasting forever.
