I have been looking at the Nosler rifles online lately, but can't find a lot of info on them. Who makes them and what action do they use?

Does anyone here have any hands on experience with one?

Regards, Bill

The engineers at nosler copied a lot of qualities from good actions Howa, Rem 700 old Sako actions..then added PTG bottom metal, rifle basix trigger, Basner stock, cerakote, Pacnor barrel

If you think you like the howa action there is a place in Vancouver that brings in the howa barrelled actions for a reasonable price, I just priced out a s/s 6.5x55 from them for 620$, throw on a stock of your choice and I'd bet you have a pretty sweet rig for not a lot of money. I really cant understand why more people don't own this brand of rifle.

I owned a 300WSM when they first came out up here and it was $1999 back then (Shooters Choice, AB). I never shot it, and it became an auction item at the Sheep Show in Red Deer.
Frankly, I would buy another one at that price, it was well put together and was a very nice weight and balance. I have no idea what the cost is now.
