There are places in North America where an individual can “have” and use handguns now and historically. Although this is Canadian Gunnutz, it’s possible that Jack Ryan is/or was from one of those locals

I am not "allowed" by any one. I have the RIGHT to bare arms. I was born with it. I live in Indiana.

Not really sure of a "right" emoji here. I wish you had them to. I wish WE ALL were free from even the infringements we still fight here in the USA.

NEVER GIVE AN INCH, OR A MILLIMETER. Politicians and governments ALL steal your rights AND your land the same way. A little at a time.
