Well I wish I had the same great service as some of you guys dealing with Badger Arms. I just received my Norc M4 that I ordered with the optional quad rail and vertical grip...Problem is, the quad rail and vertical grip where not there, but my Visa bill says they are. I hope this is corrected ASAP, as I hate paying for something I didn't get. I'm sure this was an honest mistake, but it is still very frustrating.

:confused: We would like the first chance to correct any incorrect shipping and or billing. But in this case we have not got any messages at all to give us a chance to correct the order. I don't even know who this person is!

I don't think this is the place to amend an order, thats what PM's and emails are for.

You should have contacted them first, and let them at least have a chance to right the wrong before you flame them online.
Just my 2 cents. :D
 
RACKMAN at least they are willing to sort things out and not like other dealers try to run you over with a 10ton truck:adult:

Amazing how everyone would always "rather buy locally" but still want Armand's prices. Locally that M4 costs $899 in calgary lol. Armand will make it right as long as you're not a duchebag about it. Trust me. And yea, don;t order online anymore, rest of us could use more deals anyways :kickInTheNuts:
 
Well I suppose crying on the internet is better than locking your bedroom door and refusing to come out for mom's meat loaf.

Okay, maybe out of frustration, I jumped the gun, but I did mention in my ORIGINAL post that "it was probably an honest mistake" and if they were open I would have called them. I'm not a rich man, so it's very frustrating to spend $900 and not receive what I paid for. If the issue is corrected in a TIMELY manner, I will give credit where credit is due.
 
As an online retailer I would like to mention that believe it or not, mistakes happen. Not intentional but just the human element that crops up once in awhile while processing hundreds of orders. Crazy huh?

For the life of me I can't figure out why people race into the forums to call the dealer out before even making contact with them :rolleyes:

If you don't get any response or satisfaction then it's fair game.

The reply from Badger says it all. Wow.

hehe it happens at local gun stores as well.. I boughten things they just grabbed the wrong box ect never the wrong gun but still mistakes happen..
