I have a ne 260rem that I have done a ladder test for, and found a promising load, so I loaded up 10 rounds at what looked to be a good load and I ended up with 2 targets tha look like this!
123lapua in lapua brass with h4350, and a cci br2 primer
Test was shot at 200y

What to do now?

i would try the 4831sc in the longer barrel trust me do it
I run it in the long 260

and 4351 in my short 260

Are you shooting off a rest or bipod? If you are using a rest make sure the rifle is returning to the same place for each shot and try to get the rest as far forward as possible.

I was shooting off a bi pod, and I shot one round and would let cool for 2 min then shoot the next round also the cold bore shot is in the first group, this is never fired brass so I will know better when I get the second firing out if the brass! Thanks for the sugestions guys!!

44.1, h4350 26 inch broughten 8 twist from the pimp
A bit more info would go a long way .
What kind of gun is it and is this a prechambered with a barrel nut?

If it is what is stamped on the barrel does it have a tight neck ,maybe you need to turn the necks a bit.

Edited I just read some of your past posts and see it was done by Sean the 260 reamer he used on some prechambereds that I know of was not a saami spec reamer it had a tighter neck.

Contact Sean and find out what you have for a neck diameter and turn your brass accordingly cause it wont shoot if the necks are to tight you will get eratic pressures that will screw up all your groups.
