Not new but have a question; PMs not being received

I have someone PMing me. I've replied several times. On my end it shows they have not opened them. However they keep PMing asking me to contact them so I think there is an issue. I don't see a public email address. Can anyone help out with this?

Issue solved, not sure what was up. Replies were not received, but starting a new message from scratch worked.
