Wow there are a lot of (as previously stated) whiney #%tches on here!! The op is not one of them. Public forum means public. Op can state what ever he want and so can all you whiney #%tches!!
I went through the same thing! You all treated me the same way even though I did call the vendor after the problem. I was asking for advice on how to fix it myself and you all still jumped on me!
Get a life.
Wanstalls is great! Threads like this prove it!! They will fix the problem I'm sure
 
I had a similar experience. Ordered a pistol... The wrong one was sent. I contacted Gary... They found the gun I ordered and sent it to me quickly... When I opened it, it was missing several parts. I contacted them again and they quickly sent my missing parts. A simple QA/QC would have gone a long way. Was I happy at the end of the day.. Yes... But could have had a better experience. Will I shop at Wanstalls again? Yes... If the product I want is in stock at the price I am willing to pay. Simple... And no loyalty.

Who cares if the OP makes a post like this. The beauty of CGN is that it holds companies accountable for their business. Good posts, bad posts, and brown nosing is all part of this amazing website. And makes the industry better for the consumer.

I'm sure Gary will make things right.

Last time I checked we lived in a free country where freedom of speech rules all. OP can do and say whatever he likes. If you don't like it...move on.

The same goes for our responses. We have a right to defend a company being bashed in public when the situation could have been easily remedied using simple common sense. Our responses are what has turned it around and given Wanstalls a good image.

Your responses don't do jack. It's how the business in question responds that determines whether or not they have a good/bad image.
