Not sure what to do? Make the deal or not?

I have a Gevarm E-1 with factory 8 shot mag in about 95%. Don`t ever use it, but does not cost me a dime either. A guy just phoned, he does a pile of gunshows and has a pile of rifles. Enough that they are socked away and he doesn`t have time to dig them out to snap a pic or two. He is a long ways away, but will be within an hour of me next week. He has a Browning Trombone pump 22 and said it is from 50-75%. Near the end of the conversation I asked him to clarify the condition and he said closer to 75%.
He wants $350 and before this call, I already knew in my mind that I would never let this go for a dime less then $400.
Sort of up in the air. I know exactly what I have and the condition to me is unbelievable....Do I let it go for something I just don`t know much about??? I know mine needs nothing but a crate of ammo and a field of gophers, his might need a pile of work?

roflol, that would mean another gun safe cause this one is bulging. I`m in a 12 step program for impulse buying and you guys are no help lol.
I guess I`m bringing cash to the deal.

I am always nervous when guys dont have time to take a pic. Its the same when guys are selling a dirtbike and say it just needs a carb cleaning. Seriously, it takes two minutes to do it. An hour away isnt bad though. Even if it does end up being closer to 50%.

If a guy is selling guns and can't take the time to send a pic or 2, then I would walk away. I wouldn't even spend the money on gas for the 2 hour drive there and back. For someone to say they don't have the time to take a pic is BS as far as I'm concerned if they are trying to sell something, especially if he phoned you. He should have had pics available before he phoned you because he could safely assume that 99.999% of the time, a potential buyer will want to see pics, especially if a drive is involved.

I want another pump real bad, but the more I think of letting go a 95% condition gun for a 50-75%....I might still go for a looksie cause he will be there anyhow...but I`m makin no promises.
