Hey fellas, I'm recently relocated to Calgary from N.S any of you boys in the Calgary area and near by know of any open air ranges to shoot at? I can't stand indoor ranges like they have in Calgary right in the city. Would like to meet some local shooters in long range or blackrifle shooting.

Hi, welcome to CGN and Alberta. For outdoor ranges, there is the Homestead West of Calgary and a new one that just opened in Milo, southeast of town. The Homestead is pretty basic, about 100 m max. The Milo range seems quite nice, but I have not been yet.
