Nova Scotia shooting association bull meadows.?

Agreed. Well I guess I'll have to find someone local with the know how to get my ruger set up properly (bedded floated etc) does anyone have suggestions as to whom I should speak to around here about this?. And I'll leave that 700 vtr for shooting for enjoyment at long range for now I guess.

This is the best news i have heard all year. Me and a couple of friends of mine from Cape Breton are really interested in joining a gun club like this .This is awesome looking forward to check this out, Thanks for posting

Its probably worth clarifying that all shooting is on targets, no steel gongs, also not a place to shoot pumpkins/bottles or such.
We're still using manned butts but are hoping to move to electronic targets, we'll see if its this year or when it will happen, if it does it may also give the opportunity to go to a full 900M/1000yards range as it was initially designed to be, time will tell.
Fullbore matches are normally on 300, 500,600 and 800m ranges, the mix of which varies with the match of the day.

I will be in touch, not sure if they are but those rules for the shooting categories should be stickied!

Always know what you're getting into before you jump. F-Class is a great sport and there are no shortage of places to shoot in Canada and the USA. I enjoyed shooting with the folks out at Bull Meadows in the NSRA - great people and a fantastic range. Paid up 3 of my 4 yearly entry fees before leaving New Brunswick.

Quick note on muzzle brakes - while they may help you, the people to the sides of you are impacted and that is why they are not allowed. When you're shooting shoulder to shoulder, there is no room to allow separation of those with brakes and those without.

Well I took my ruger to Sam Adams it's met his approval and it's getting an overhaul:D.
really looking forward to hitting the range to put it through its paces.
