Haven't seen one of these up since September...thought I'd start off this month's.

1940 Tula Mosin Nagant refurb from Al Flaherty's. Metal was in great shape and all matching with no electropencil or force matching...just caked in cosmoline. After a quick cleaning I decided to tackle the stock and used some Citristrip to remove the horrible flaking shellac. Recoated the stock in a few coats of Tung Oil. Used this stuff on an old Cooey .22 and the results were quite pleasing.

Sten MKII - Longbranch 1943. Picked this up through a trade with another CGN member. Nice matching old school dewat for my 1944 No 4 Mk1 Longbranch Enfield.

Bought my first Moisin 91/30 from westrifle.com yesterday. I've had my PAL for 4 months now and figured it was time I buy either a Moisin or an SKS and the Moisin won.

Now go buy an sks or your mosin might get too lonely without a comrad
