Sibling to my Ranger rifle

I was getting worried there for a while.
I had almost sold off all of my misurps....

PS: That winch bumper is for sale - also makes a great rifle rack.
 
Infanterie-Gewehr 1871/84, marked 1888 Spandau and is all matching. What a beautiful rifle.

Will post some pictures as soon as I get to my camera.
 
Sort of Modern but Military

I have been looking for a complete Military configuration SSG 69 P1 with the ZFM scope and factory QD mounts for some time.
I have had several variants of SSG's in the past but never had a crack at a complete kit as issued.

This rifle is 15 years old but New In Box.

Please don't ask how much the 10 round mag was.....still a bit tender in the caboose over that bit! :cheers: Paul

Hey nice P1 I got an "Lange" model with ZFM x10, black stock. The iron sight model is always ###y, not to mention true infantry issue. I think mine must be a police model maybe? Last year in Austria we went to a Steyr outlet, my friend asked for a 10 round mag for the SSg69 and they wanted 300 euro!! up from 190 euro the previous year. They claim that they are no longer making them. How do you say GFYS in deutch? RF
 
Thanks guys....I'm really pleased getting the Steyr.....I suppose $200 CDN isn't too bad for the mag if it's one of those....."just have to have one" scenarios!

Apparently the "emergency" iron sights are sighted in at the factory for 300 meters.

I think your black stock rifle with the full heavy non-sighted barrel is the P2, often referred to as the Police model.

I had a little P4 for a while that had a 16" barrel in .308 that was threaded on the end, it was apparently the tactical police model...had a big flash hider that covered the threads when the supressor's were not on....couldn't get it with that option...LOL!
 
got yet another enfield sporter... no1 mark3 1908 BSA with parker hale mount and a set of rings $60 and came with a free remmy 1900 sxs 12g
