Noveske Glock anyone?

Just got an Email from Glockworx.com and apparently they are doing a limited edition run of Noveske labeled glock slides. Kinda cool, especially for the Noveske fan like myself. Little pricy at 1k a pop, but if 50% of the proceeds are really going to Johns wife I could live with that.

These slides are designed to Honor the memory of John Noveske, a Son, Husband, Father, Veteran, Innovator and loyal friend of the industry.

With an overwhelming interest in the Noveske Shooting Team Memorial slides we had made for The Noveske Shooting Team, We consulted the Noveske family with the idea of presenting a limited edition of the Noveske memorial Glock 17L slide to the public.

These slides are individually run and finished by hand and will accommodate any Glock frame in the 17-22, 34-35 and 17L-24 configurations.

50% of the proceeds from the sale of these slides will be given to the Family.

Considering it's to commemorate John, I can say without a doubt that it's quite fitting !

If the proceeds went to a charity maybe but that women is now the sole owner of a major firearm company right now...

They could have designed this to be much more appealing IMO.
