Can the Mr308A3 be mounted on an AR10 lower?

I did a search around the web, I do not think it does. The take down pins seem to be different and the MR308A3 lower uses proprietary mags.

Someone with more experience with an HK can answer this....

I know that MR223 uppers can match with other AR15 lowers though

It is still restricted because it's an AR style rifle.

The original Magpul Pmags were not to Stanag dimensions that is why Hk never considered making there magwell to those dimensions, The Pmag actually came after the HK416 so it was not known.

Because the ACR is NOT an AR patterned variant... the lower receiver is not like an AR at all nor is the action.

Yes we all know this is BS.... AR is restricted due to appearance... not dimensions and function.... uneducated politicians making laws.
