...it would take some real stones to go after this one! ...count me out!!!

(man, that's a lot of gumbo!)

Wouldn't want to be at it alone the first couple of times, that's for sure, but it doesn't look overly difficult on tv.....but the same could be said about a lot of things on TV being easier than they actually are...

I'm no tree hugger, but I hate to see something that's lived long enough to get that big taken out

Problem is the big ones like this take over whole areas, killing and maiming other gators and anything else that crosses their path, as well as being very dangerous if it happened to be near where children or people were living. They then for safety have to be taken out of the equation, irregardless if it bites the line it bites the line, it is no more or less worthy than any other gator.

Its funny when worlds biggest things get killed. If it doesn't harm a child its a great majestic beast and shouldnt be killed.if it eats like a dog or a child it starts a massive man hunt to bring the animal in even if it means bringing in an apache helicopter. And usually yes it by the same people who say dont kill it in the first place.

Look at the comment, made me sad. People don't understand how the nature work. Lucky enough we have tool defend our self otherwise we were hunt by other specie as well.
