LOL...I got the slide plate from RockYourGlock . com
They have a nice selection of different slide plates.
Sites are TruGlo. I love the red front, green rear contrast. Not sure of the model number. Got them from DelSelins. Awesome dealer to deal with. Made a deal with them to get them here in two days from BC.

Tru-Glo sights are awesome.
I was told to buy Dawson by a guy who is the fastest shot I have ever seen in real life.(IPSC Grandmaster)
They were next to impossible to get so I opted for Tru-Glo which are all metal and seem more durable than the HiViz ones.

Yes, that is who I called. He said he is having trouble getting anything from Dawson right now.

I find they are best on an overcast day. The diffused light that hits the fiberoptic really makes them bright. And the not so bright day (because of the cloud cover) makes the sights really pop.

Too funny. I am not sure just noticed that from you pointing it out. Maybe it was just me not staying still while taking the picture. They are amazingly bright though. Today it was overcast and I managed to make it to IDPA for a quick shoot. I have tried a lot of sights but these are my favourite.
DAWSON rocks, so much thinner, gives you a better sight picture, and for longer range, its a god send. I also find the fiber quality much better on the dawson ones.
CAVEAT: Do not use them in a ported Glock... My G34 with a 6 port Wolfe comp barrell is awesome to shoot, but Dammit, one Mag and my front sights are BLACK!!!! Period.
I ding that on the "C" models, they get black pretty quick also.

The TruGlo TFOs are also tritium night sights.
