I know I've seen something that matches this description... but I don't know what it is.

A SxS shotgun with a rifle barrel underneath.

A 20g double gun with a .243 underneath would be a deer hunting godsend! Would cover every situation I can think of other than over 200 yard shots... which I'm not gonna take anyway.

Wow, thats lighter than I would've imagined.

Me personally, I'd much rather find a double rifle, but they are like 10x more costly yet.

Hunting deer period would be nice to have a shotgun and a rifle. I took two deer with a shotgun last year within 30 yards with a modified choke 12 gauge... absolute poison to deer, they drop instantly.

A deer cartrige on hand for shots out to 200 would be perfect...
