Juster, the lower is the registered part on a FN-Fal.
How would you use one unless you had 12-5 and
than your sks would be 12-5 , unless you had a unpapered

I think its funny that the RCMP think it's prohibited when the L1A1 was NEVER issued in full auto. The only real difference is the bits in the trigger group between select fire and semi-auto and they were in two different guns.

Other NON commonwealth countries SLR's were select fire but not Britans or Canada's.
