Other dealers, take note! I placed my order for my new rifle on Sunday, was in the mail Monday afternoon, at my front door 4,500 KM later on Friday at 8am! E-mail updates automatically set up, so I knew where my package was at all times! I have never experienced such fantastic customer service buying and shipping in my own province, let alone across Canada! Please Wanstalls, don't change a thing! I will from now on check with you first when looking for an item! A++++ Service!!! Thank you!!!
 
hands down best service of any shop i have dealt with. I have about 5 other gun stores in between them and I but if i am looking for something i always call them.
Good ol' fashion customer service from them!

It's not all it is cracked up to be. You give him a key to feed your cat while you're on vacation, ONE TIME, and then he's letting himself in at 2AM every day to eat all your cereal because his wife won't buy Lucky Charms. Not to mention when you find him playing "racecar" in your garage while making motor noises with his mouth.

Hell, that's not a problem at all Dan. Tell Gary he can have all the Lucky Charms he can stomach. That way he will keep company to the in-laws that do the same to my beer fridge and shoot-the-shhiit with them about guns they don't have so I can go to bed and sleep once in a while.

Keep up the good work guys, you lead by example and it makes me feel like buying another AR from you. As matter of fact, if you have an HK Mark 23, I buy it right now!

All of the staff there is fabulous to deal with! I have currently a custom order for an Ed Brown 1911 placed through them and i have been nothing but pleased immensely working with Daniel about getting my order "just right".

To bad for Daniel i have to send him another email about getting one tiny little thing changed (again) but for how busy EB team are i doubt my order is even close to the build que at the moment.
