NP22 Extra springs and a Pin, also where to get grips

My NP22 came with a paper package containing 2 small wire springs; as well; the case contained a thin 3" pointed pin like item. Anyone know what these are for?

Also, where can I get SIG 226 rubber replacement grips? The thinner the better.
