I had to replace the trigger bar on my norinco np22 after the original broke. Now the hammer doesn't seem to strike the pin with enough force to set off the primer. Funny thing though is that this only happens in double action firing. In single-action she performs flawlessly. Any clues where to look for problems would be much appreciated. Thank-you

Interesting... Is the top end of the mainspring strut seated correctly in the hammer cavity? There may be some creative ways to insert it

I did try the two stock springs and even ordered one for the sig. What I did find was that the little dovetail end ( part that slides under hammer pivot pin) of the trigger bar was just a little to steep. Some gentle filing ( no dremel) seems to have fixed the problem. I've only dry fired it with a laser bullet but every trigger pull sets of the laser so I'm hoping it will work once I get a chance to get to the range.
