NP29s

Just checked, the CC has been docked $406.74, should have it in my hands next week!

Just received an e-mail that my order has been processed and payment completed as well. Factoring transfer time and shipping (crossing 3 time zones) I figure I should be getting mine in around 2 weeks from now. Hopefully.

Same here. But I'm thinking the CFO transfer will go through tomorrow, and seeing I live only 50 klicks from Can-Am, I'm thinking Monday or Tuesday of next week. nanee nanee boo boo. LOL!

I just received an email that i gave the wrong CC # :( ####inddy fuccckkk fuccckkkkkk!!!!! Thats what happens when you type out your CC # while your wife is walking towards the computer.

Got my confirmation. CC charged. Should have it early next week. Takes a day for pkg to go from North Van, past Burnaby to Richmond, then back up to Burnaby. Got the paint thinner/mineral spirit all ready.

Now for the SR1911.

Ummm, noob question:

Is the NP29 based on the Series 70 or Series 80 model of 1911? Or M1991A1?

I'm new to 1911s. Did a quick search. Wiki comes up with these 3 distinctions. Are there more?

just speculating but I think it is based on a series 70 1911.

I think the A1's are military spec models with none of the enhancements.

series 80 has a firing pin block, and my .45 norinco is a series 70
