NP29s

Based on some posts earlier in this thread, it appears to be a series 70. Just got my ATT papers and excitement is building! First restricted for me, patiently waiting now... :)
 
Should be off series 70. Sure looks like series 70.

I'm looking for fiber optic sights but was told Norc are non-std so need some gunsmithing to install. Anyone familiar with changing sights?

Can't wait till Sat to try the NP29 vs. my 92FS and G17 gen 4 at POCO.

Pre-ordered mine from SFRC back in July and still have heard nothing regarding shipping, transfer, diddly. CC was charged a week ago.... not impressed with the service and paying an extra 10 bucks, lesson learned, should have dealt with canada ammo... customer service doesn't seem even close.

Update, after looking into a few of the threads I now realize that SFRC is working hard to get these into the customers hands so I can forgive what I perceived to be a lack of communication and neglect. SFRC has since contacted me and updated me on the process, all is well.

SFRC is including a $10gift cert. with the handgun to make up for the price.
As well, they already gave out a $5 gift cert via email.

Mine is already transferred, just waiting for shipping.
 
I understand your frustration esp. after seeing pics of others who got their.

Here's the timeline for my order:

10/29 saw this thread, send email to CanAm for ETA
10/30 Paul emailed back expected next week
10/30 order
10/31 email pre-order received.
11/3 email payment processed
11/4 email CFC ref #
11/8 email tracking #
11/9 NP29 received
 
okay I thought it was an ontario CFO thing with SFRC orders seeing as East and West coast members were getting their transfers, but now a markham member got their transfer so looks like things are on track. waiting is the hardest game!
 
$350 w free shipping is tempting to buy more; but only if it groups well in your hands.
Will be testing mine this weekend unless Coho fishing is really good; I hate conflicting hobbies :stirthepot2:

I think all you people posting bashing posts on Ryan and SFRC is disgusting. Show some respect and patients. I am sure SRFC and CanAmmo are both working equally hard to make sure everyone's new pistols, get out as quickly as possible.

We all here for the same thing......

C'mon 'NuckDan, have some balls, quote the specific "disgusting" folks. Don't hold back, after all this is the NET where we can all poke each other without retribution safely hidden behind our keyboard.

I think all the folks too lazy to include quotes, the kettle calling the pot black, is truly disgusting :stirthepot2: HAND.

plastic case with cleaning rod, oh 1 extra mag if the dealer left it in for you. Since you are getting it from Canada ammo, you should be fine. 2 pages of instructions on safety.
